Our prices below are based on the hours it actually takes to perform an inspection on the listed aircraft. No matter who does your annual inspection these are the hours that the manufacturers say it takes to perform a complete inspection according to the inspection sections of the aircraft maintenance manuals. If you're getting quotes with significant less hours for an inspection be aware that you will not be receiving a full inspection and your annual may very well be pencil whipped. A "cheap" annual will cost you a lot of money down the road.

***Buying A Used Aircraft?***
Get a pre-Purchase inspection done. A good pre-purchase inspection will tell you exactly what you are getting into and may give you leverage in negotiating a better price.
DO NOT BUY A USED AIRPLANE WITHOUT A PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION!
Make sure that your pre-purchase inspection is as thurough as an annual inspection would be, a "cheap" pre-purchase inspection is a waste of money.

Pre Purchase Inspection Prices are 75% of the below listed Annual Fee. If you purchase the aircraft within 30 days of the completed Pre Purchase Inspection, we will finish the inspection off as an Annual for the remaining 25% of the Annual Inspection fee, plus parts and airworthy items.

The above prices reflect our discounted bulk labor rate for inspections of $70 per hour, our hourly shop rate is $75 per hour for repairs and service. We are FULLY INSURED and licensed.
