At Blue Skies Aviation we offer affordable hangar space. Our hangars are "community" hangars, but that's where we are different! As a tenant at Blue Skies Aviation you have 24/7 access to your aircraft. What is not allowed is our tenants moving their aircraft in, out or around the hangars. This makes sure that hangar rash does not happen with nobody taking responsability for it.

How do you get your aircraft out of the hangar? Well we are open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. During business hours all you have to do is show up and we will pull your aircraft out, clean your windows and away you go. When you return we will put your aircraft back  in the hangar. If you know you will be flying after hours or on the week end then just give us an advance call and we will be available to move your aircraft for you. We make ourselves available 24/7 to make sure you will be able to fly your aircraft whenever you need or want to. We are fully insurred and yes that includes hangar keepers insurance.

Some other benefits of being a tennant at Blue Skies Aviation are: having licensed A&P's and an I.A. available for your maintenance needs when they arrise and not having to go look for one, we have an on site restroom that is always clean and nicely decorated, our tennants receive a $7 an hour discount on our labor rate if you choose to have us perform maintenance or inspections on your aircraft, a monthly (weather permitting) basic wash of your aircraft and when we have our future FBO built our tenants will pay less for fuel than anyone else on the field.
